Grade work residential & commercial

Minimum of 3 hours

• Skid steer or mini excavator $135.00 per hour on site
• Mobilization fee based upon jobsite location
• Includes one machine operator and one ground man
• Equipment included; smooth bucket, tooth bucket, forks

Attachment prices

Minimum of 4 hours

• Auger $35.00 per hour
• Harley rake $55.00 per hour
• Grapple $85.00 per hour
• Additional ground laborers & hand equipment available at $65.00 per hour

Additional services available on estimate

Applies to grade & machine work performed by Land Solutions only

• Offhauling (dirt, brush, rock)
• Topsoil delivery
• Rock delivery
• Mulch delivery
